Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Delivery Methods and Times
Mainland UK: We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of receiving your order (Monday – Friday). You will receive an email confirmation once an order has been dispatched with your tracking number.
Standard mainland UK delivery will be dispatched on a 2-3 day delivery service using either Royal Mail or Evri.
Standard delivery is priced at £3.95 for orders under £30 with free standard delivery for orders over £30.

Other Destinations: Unfortunately at this time we do not deliver outside of the UK. Please contact us if you would like to discuss an order being delivered to other destinations.
Returns
We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your order, but occasionally you may need to return an item.
Please check your items and inform us of any problems as soon as you receive your order, as returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Refunds Policy
By law, you have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within 14 working days of the day after receipt of the order. If you wish to cancel your order under this regulation please contact us and give your name and order number.
Cancelled or Unwanted Items:
You can cancel your order and return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date if it is in it’s original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept exchanges for items ordered. The quickest and best way to make sure you get the item wanted is to return the unwanted item, and once the return is accepted, purchase the correct item.
Refunds
We will notify you once your order has been received and checked to let you know the status of your refund.
Refunds are made within a week of an order being returned and checked by us. Please note that once a refund has been processed by us it can take a few days for the bank or payment processors to process the payment.
If you refuse a delivery of a shipment, you will be credited the purchase price less all return shipping charges.
For return postage costs, if the item is deemed to be damaged we will cover the return postage costs to us when returned using a standard postage service.
Please do not return items via special delivery or next day services unless specifically instructed to do so as the extra costs will not be covered by us.
If your order is unwanted unfortunately we do not cover the cost of return postage and we recommend returning the item with a tracked service.
